They're water reactive so you can create dimensional, textured effects with just a tiny spritz of water.
The inks have a creamy or chalky finish dry. Use them for stamping, stenciling, crafting, or creating magical backgrounds.
Apply the ink pads direct to surface or use Ken Oliver Stencil Brushes and Stencils to create a stunning design.
