The Brutus Monroe Surface Ink pads were specially formulated to work as a permanent ink as well as an ink that can be water-coloured with. This revolutionary ink is also completely permanent when applied to glass, ceramic, and fabric (heat setting is suggested when using the inks on glass and ceramic)
