- TThe Brutus Monroe Metallic Aqua Pigments are a highly pigmented metallic watercolor for use on many surfaces to add shimmer and shine.
These specially formulated watercolors work beautiful on all types of mediums. - We suggest using them straight out of the bottle but they can have water added to them to lighten any color within the range.
- Use Aqua Pigments for watercoloring and washes of colour on watercolour paper or cardstock.
